1. When loading and unloading the copper rice machine, professional technicians must be present to assemble it under safer conditions. Each component in the copper rice machine exists independently. Professionals are required to assemble it on site to avoid the occurrence of missing parts, which may cause the copper rice machine to not operate normally in the future;

2. When the copper rice machine starts to run, it must be preheated. Start the copper rice machine for about 1-2 minutes. When observing that everything in the equipment is running normally, start feeding production;

3. The feeding amount of the copper rice machine should not be too much at a time. The feeding amount should be about 50% each time. Continue to produce for about 3 hours before continuing to increase the feeding. The output will increase by 10% in 3 hours. Remember not to start. Just load the material at full load;

4. Add grease to the bearings of the crusher in the copper rice mill every 8 hours of operation to ensure the normal operation of the bearings;

5. The initial speed value of the frequency conversion of the middle and lower blower of the copper rice machine should be between 35-40Hz, and the speed value of the vibration sorting motor should be between 28-35Hz, which can be increased or decreased appropriately according to the sorting situation;
